Celebrate Individuality and Embrace Global Citizenship
Padworth College was founded in 1963 by Oxford University tutor, Peter Fison, whose vision was to bring Oxford’s educational philosophy of tutorial teaching to school-level education. Our unique educational philosophy aims at inspiring individual uniqueness and encouraging personal talents through a highly differentiated learning approach in extremely small class sizes. Our approach is “You are you and you are unique. If you follow in the footprint of others, you won’t make any of your own.” Students at Padworth embrace the mind-set of global citizenship and celebrate the enrichment of global perspectives of approx. 30 different nationalities. The world is our extended classroom – our educational village. Padworth College is located at the doorsteps of London, in an historic country estate in middle of a beautiful, safe countryside setting and a 40-min drive away from Heathrow International Airport. We offer an excellent and well-rounded academic and co-curricular programme for students aged 13 to 19 (Year 9 to 13) as an ideal preparation for top universities. At Padworth we celebrate individuality and embrace global citizenship.
